PORT CHALMERS.
(From our own Correspondent.) This day. The J. N. Fleming from London. The ship J. N. Fleming, from London, which arrived last night, had a splendid fine-weather passage of S7 days. She brings 317 passengers. There were only three deaths from bronchitis and nine births. The ship is in creditable order. The passengers seem a good lot. Arrived : Phcebe, from the North.
