A meeting! of the ratepayers of the district of Waitakerei (west) was held this afternoon at the Shakespere Hotel, Wyndham-streeb, Mr Sinclair, in the chair. The balance-sheet shewed, receipts, £142 lGs lid ; expenditure, £139 5s 7d ; leaviug a balance in favor of Board of £3 lis 4d.
