INVERNESS GOLD MINING COMPANY.

The annual meeting of the Inverness Gold Mining Company was held this afternoon in the office of Mr T. Leigh White (secretary), No. 31, Exchange Buildings, Mr George Williamson in the chair. The balance-sheet for the year ending June 30, 1875, was read and adopted. A vacancy in the Board of Directors was filled by the election of Mr James Burtt. Mr J. Waymouth was elected auditor for the ensuing year. The gold receipts for the .twelve months (being per centage from tributere) amounted to £387 14s 9d, againßt an expenditure of £201 9s 2d. The balance at credit in Bank was £521 18s 2d. The mining operations at present are being solely carried on by tributers working the upper levels of the mine.
