The National Assembly, by 335 votes against 310, have annulled the election of M. Bourgoing, the Bonpartist representative of the department of Nievre. The Carlists are being closely pursued by Alphonsist troops. The official statement of the Turkish Budget shows a deficit of £4,000,000.
