COMMERCIAL.
Mr George Sibbin sold to-day at the Corner Mart, by order of the Registrar of the Supreme Court, an allotment with 6G feet frontage to Lincoln-street and a six-roomed house thereon, for the aum of £180. The purchaser was Mr Alexander, solicitor. There was a good attendance at Messrs. Cochrane and Son's sale of law and miscellaneous literature to-day, and the books brought fair prices.
