Captain Pockley ai rived to-day'from the wreck of the Susannah Cuthbert. He reports that the vessel is lying within fifty feet from the shore. The main and rnizenmasts are gone ; also, the funnel and donkey engine. The decks have given way, and the sea is breaking clean through the port side. The vessel is a hopeless wreck, and fast breaking up. Sim, miller, has placed his estate in the Insolvent Court.
A charge against Zions, tailor, Georgestreet, was held to-day at the Police Court for an indecent assault upon Elizabeth Pickford, defendant's domestic servant.
