AUCKLAND CATTLE MARKET. Mr Alfj&bd Buckland's Wmskiy Report.— At Kemuera on Thursday, dairy cows were more plentiful than of late, and not so free of sale ; rrices lower. Store cattle in usual number, without alteration in value. Fat cattle in full supply—l7o ■old,—but of very irregular quality ; last week's values iuled. The store sheep pei,ned were in wry low condition ; thay were in request fat sheep short of requirements, aud of indifferent quality; an advance in price was obtained- Prices realised wer j : _Dairy cows (near calving) £8 to £L 0; grown gteera, £5 5s to £7 5s ; young cows £3 to £4 10*. A few head of choice fat cattle, 40s, but the greater part 35 the l(0(b; cross bred ewes in low emdition 14» 6d to 16s each ; fas sheep, 4jrt to fid per lb ; pigs in short supply, and at extreme values. Averages obtained for cattle were : Brewer, 40 head, £0. 6s : Metur, 41 head, £11 lls; Barr, 10 h ad, £10 ; Atkinson 10 head, £10; Stawart, 9 head, £12 17s 6d ; J, Williams, 30 head, £9; Eobertoa, 12 heifers, £9.

senttd, and gcodsto the amount of £840 were quitted but not at prices that would leave a profit to the exporter, We attribute this to the many forced sales of this class of goods that hays taksn place of late.
