Row in Queen-street on Saturday Night.

A great row occurred in Queen-street on Saturday night, and the police had some lively work. About forty men, many of them intoxicated, firsc broke into Mr Riordan's hotel, Fort-street. Being turned out of there they proceeded up Queen-street, and made a determined entry in to the Greyhound hotel, and over-ran the house. They also collected in a crowd at the corner. The police endeavoured to arrest the most disorderly, and were followed by the others towards the station-house. Two attempts were made to resue the men in custody, and the constables suffered some rough usage, but retaliated with remarkable vigour. The offenders appeared on the long list at the Police Court to-day, and two of them were very severely dealt with.
