It is rumoured that it has bea found ne" cesaary in order to give the Mnistry le^al status, owing to Mr. /ogel not having been sworn in iiince the new Governor assumed offici that the Ministry should resign and b re-consti-tuted.

The resignations were sent in 6 Saturday, and Dr Pollen was sent for.

He is said to have formed a Maistry, but the offices are not announced.

Mr Vogel will most likely bereserved a portfolio, probably the Postmaatr-General-ship. Dr, Pollen will be Premier
