(From our own (Jcirespondent.) This day. Sudden Death. An inquest was held toiiay on the body of Hill Gilmore, who died in the hospital on Sunday morning, having been admitted during the night. The; medical evidence showed that the main artery of the brain was obstructed by coagipum, causing apoplexy and death. A verdjet of death from natural causes was returneji. Tairua Qiia|tz. The Tairua cutter anifed this morning with quuar'z from the claim, which is now being crushed at the Moanatairi battery battery. 1< o -estimote can yet be formed of the probable jieid. The noon quotations ari:—Sales : Cure, 15s. ; Una, 3s. ; Gem, eighth Bhare, £20 Sellers : Taiiua, 725. 6d. Buyers : City of London, 465. ; Cure, 14s. ; Una, 3s. 9d.
