HABEAS CORPUS. Joseph Naylor was, on the *?&»%*£ Mr Rees brought up under writ of habeas Zput'm Bees applied for.the discharge of the prisoner, who with a woman victed before Thomas Beckham, Esq., K.M., on 1 charge' of being illegally on premises^ The grounds of Mr Rees' application were that the warrant of commitment was bad the pri.or.ers having been jointly charged for one offence, instead of two; .and the charee of being illegally on " premises instead of in some specified building, being an offence unknown to law. His Honor held the grounds of objection to be valid, and quashed the conviction. The prisoner was discnarged,_ and the woman, Mary Orr, who was convicted with him will also be released.
