(Per Press Telegram Agency.) Thursday. Southland Immigration. The chairman of the Southland Immigration Committee has received a letter from Mr. Vogel, in which Sir Julius states that he has made arragemente _for the despatch of eight ships direct to the Bluff, each with 300 immigrants, during next month.
