(Per Press Telegram Agency.) This day. Opening of the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court was opened this morning by his Honor the Chief Justice. His address to the Grand Jury merely alluded to cases for hearing. True bills were found in all criminal cases. The Grand Jury presented an address of welcome to his Honor, in which they recommended the abolition of Grand Juries, and the transfer of their duties to a legally qualified officer to be appointed by the Government for the purpose.
