(From our own Correspondent.) This day. Tairua Objections.
The objections to the A jax license, Tairua, ■were withdrawn to - day,., the questions of dispute having been settled by the amalgamation of interests brought about by the Warden at the Warden's Coutt to-day. Mr McQuillan sued the Greenville for the Justin-Time claim, Karaka, on the ground of non-working. The plaintiff was nonsuited on the ground that his mate was not associated with him in the plaint. The Windsor Castle (new tribute) trial crnshiDg ton yielded 23 dwts. gold.
