This comedy and atb.lt.tic troupe of minstrels and artistes will commence a series of interesting performances in the City Hall this evening.. In glancing at the programme we feel sure that a good, satisfactory, and ample evening's entertainment will be provided'for those fortunate persons who may be in attendance. The various scenes will be interspersed with ballads, a sketch of " Handy Andy," of whom most persons have heard through: the pages of Samuel Lover. Among the caterers for the raising the spirits of the people will be Lo-Lo, known as the Flying Fairy, whose wonderful feats of activity have won for her the prided appellation of the greatest female gymnast of the world.. Miss Elsie De Courcy, one of the moat charming vocalists and. protean actresses of modern times will also, appear in an operatic chorus, and sing one ■of her sweet ballads, full of sweetness and sentiment The brothers De Glorion, who have made their certain mark as the first of gymnasts will perform; in company with LoVLo, some of their most wonderful evolutions in mid-air. Mr Ben -Wheeler, whose musical gems in character have made him famous in the colonies, will perform and sing his Irish melodies in an act of "Barneys Courtship," in which he will take the dual characters of Widow Tyrrell and Barney himself, to the infinite amusement of the audience. The laughable comedietta entitled "Divorce," and a number of intervening songs will afford a capital evening's enjoyment in the City Hall. The entertainment is varied, brimfull of fun, and eminently calculated to inspire the saddest heart W»n feelings of mirth and jollity. -
