Mr B. Arthur sold to-day at his auction a number of sides of Waikato dairy-fed bacon at BJd to 9Jd ; shoulders do, 5Jd; lard, C^d to 7id, and a quantity of good Taranki butter at Is 7d.
Messrs Cochrane and Son offered for sale to-day, by order of the Domain Board, the pasturage of that portion situated outside the plantation. The sum realised per annum was £150. The purceaser was Mr Cook.— The six allotments in Grafton-road^ opposite the Bowling Green, were withdrawn.
