[Per Press Telegram Agency.] Railways Opened. An additional 15 miles of the Oxford branch line of railway is to be formally opened this morning. The event will be celebrated by a public luncheon and ball at Oxford. An additional 14 mile 3of the Southbridge branch line of railway will be opened on July 15.
