THE YACHT-RACE AT THE LAST REGATTA.

(To the Editor of the Evening Stab,). g IR I am one of the owners of the yacht Good Templar, which came in third at the last regatta, but our applications to the committee for the prize-money fairly won have met with no attention. The yacht is the property of a number of working men, and I consider it disgraceful that we should be kept of the prize, after running the boat at considerable pecuniary expense to ourselves. We are loth to go to law with the committee, but it is not right that we should be deprived of what is justly oar due. Will any member of the committee inform me on what grounds we are kept out of the prize ? I am , &c, Joseph Walshaw.
