SYDNEY.
June 10. Incessant rains has caused heavy floods in many districts. Residents of low lying lands were compelled to abandon tbeir habitations, Fortunately no serious damage was done.
The larque P.C.E. was wrecked at Newcastle. It is supposed two men have been drowned. The Premier has recovered but is still unable to leave the house.
Several very heavy failures are reported, including E-eiliy and Scott, in the flour trade, liabilities something like £200,000, and others are freely spoken of. .
