(Prom our own Correspondent.) This day. Another Vessel Foundered in
the Gale. It is feared that the ketch Lloyds' Herald foundered in the late gale, She left Cafclin's n ) Y er °n Friday last in company with three other coasters, which arrived safe the same evening, and report seeing the last of Ll»yds' Herald at 5 p.m. She was then being hove*o off Taieri. The gale and sea that night was tremendous, and the Lloyds' Herald wmg a shaky old craft would have but a P°°r chanoe in it. Her crew consisted of Uptain Marks and three men.
