NEWCASTLE.

(From our own Correspondent.) This day. The Waipa Election.—Another Bungle. The polling did not commence here till after eleven o'clock yesterday, in consequence of there being no J. P. present to swear in Mr Edgecumbe, the Deputy-Returning Officer. There were a large number of voters here before 10 o'clock for Morris, but they left disgusted ; this being the second time they had been brought in several miles to vote.
