Promising ~ stone has been raised, but not crushed this. \ season. A groat number of men are at the alluvial diggings, and some our. ' doing welL while all expect to do better,, when more rain falls. Mr Slater got fifty I pounds' worth in a few days. Some reefing companies will crush quartz soon.
