John f Scott, a stalwart man about fifty, was brought up under tho "Vagrancy Act of 1869, on a charge of wilfully exposing himself in High-street, yesterday at noon. Prisoner >aaid Tho was very sorry for what he had done ; he had taken too much to drink, and did not know what he was about. His Worship sbrongly censured" prisoner's conduct, telling him that he had rendered himself liable to a year's imprisonment; he must go to prison for seven day with hard labour.
