The report of the committee appointed to revise the schedule of the standing orders was read, and showed that the committee had carefully examined it and found several items in the schedule -which were unintelligible ; that certain sums of money raised for different objects had been classed together, which had caused them some confusion, and of which an explanation was necessary.
