DRUNKENNESS. I Philip Brady was fined 5a and costs for j this offence. VAGRANCY. Margaret McCann, who had also been charged with diunkenness, was brought up for a breach of the Vagrancy Act, ISGG, by being a habitual drunkard, and having been thrice convicted of drunknesss within the preceding twelve [months, was sentenced to 30 days imprisonment. LUNACY. Charles Weston Avas a 'judged a lunatic on the testimony of Drs Goldsbro and Bayntun, and was committed to the Lunatic Asylum. This was all the business.
