WELLINGTON.
This day. The Tapseott Committee held a meeting last night, and passed resolutions thanking the press of Wellington for their attention in the case, also Messrs Izard and Travcrs, the prisoner's counsel. The funds being almost exhausted, fresh subscriptions have been started to enable the men to get away or obtain employment.
