The s. s> .Taranaki, Captain Wheeler, arrived in Onehunga this inornina at §.56 a.m. having on board the champitta cricketers of New Zealand. She left Wellington at midnight on the 29th, ili-rived at Picton at &.J0 a.m. ; lefb at 8 a.m. on the 30th, experienced a N.W. gale to Nelson, arriving there at (>.30 p.m. ; left at 7 p.m. on isC and arrived at Taranaki at 11. 30 a.m. on the ~nd ; at five p.m., arriving as above, passengers—Saloon :—Mr and Mrs Keals, Mr and Mra Cadly and family, (G) Revs. Paterson and Sheriff, Dr. Scott, Messrs JMartm, Lamithers, Meek, Coffey, White, bavin, Coupland, Lewisson, Lally, Ackland, Bobrason, F.Buckland, Yates, Cotton, Mum* tord King, Lankham, Bellers, Dufaur, A)pß, Mrs Douglas, Palevet, the Lynch famih of Bell -Ringers, (7) Mr Ashman, Miss McLean, Mrs Johnson 10 others, two natives.
