THE PERSONATION CASES
GRAHAMSTOWN.
. This day. J-ne personation cases are on for hearing at the Police Court. The first case is against Henry Kingsley. alias William Gibbs, for peisonating William Gibbs, of Waipipi. It was adjourned on the application of the prosecution for seven days more. Bail was reduced to self and one surety of £50. ~. c case of Richard Kerr, for personating Michael Curie, is now on. The line of defence is that the defendant went to the booth to vote for his mate (and that he stated so when questioned) under the impression that he could do so.
