NAPIER

This day. Sailed—Colonist, for Auckland, with 175 sheep. The Paterson is advertised to leave here to-morrow for Poverty Bay and Auckland. A telegram from tho Agent-General states that the ship Queen of the Xorth sailed for Napier in October with 2!G immigrants. Another vessel left on tho 19th inst. It stated that he has adopted the system of free immigration and secured the co-operation of the Agricultural Unions and other kindred associations. The total number of immigrants Avho left Groat Britain in October was 10G9.
