Messrs Tonks and Co. sold at Brunswick Mart to-day the Hawaiian ketch Lunalilo, about 65 tons EM, for £800 cash to Mr E. Waters. Also 40 acres parish of Takapuna, at 7s 3d per acre, to Mr T. Farrell; IG7 acres. Waitakerei, with house, garden, orchard, and 30 acres in grass for £77 10s to Mr J. B. Simpson ; 220 acres Oruawharo, -unimproved, 2s 3d per acre, to Mr W. Parrand ; two town lots, Port Albert, 7s Gd. Mr M Jones ; 134 acres on the Oruawharo river, two houses and 30 acres of grass for £100 to Mr R, Neal.
