THE Committee of tho Auckland Alliance •having determined to oppose the granting of any new Licences'-at the ensuing Licensing Session, make this appeal to the public for pecuniary support to enable them to canvass those districts in which the new Licenses are sought, in order to obtain the votes of the Male and Female adult inhabitants, in accordance with the provisions of the Licensing Act Amendment Act, 187.1.
