MR. MORTON TAVARES.

Me Moeton Tavaees is about to visit the Southern provinces, and we heartily wish him success Of his talents as an actor it is almost impossible to speak too highly. Devoting an unceasing study to the art of which he is so great a master, he has won for himself the title of one of the first living actors of Shakespearian drama. He possesses likewise the sterling qualities of a gentleman. We trust to see him again on the Auckland boards in those characters in which he is so eminently successful.
