The St. Kilda arrived in the Manam this morning, bringing the follow\g telegrams: — WELLINGTON. January 29,1.2 p.m. Foundation stone of the new pri vincial buildings laid to day by Supei intendent in the presence of a larg. concourse. New fire bell also christened by the Mayoress. January 30, 10.45 a.m. Neither Argus nor Q-reville's despatches say anything about the Prince's death. The latest news is that he was progressing favourably. The rumour respecting his death seems quiet unreliable.
