THE HERO.
By letters received this morning from Sydney, we learn that the Hero arrived at Sydney at 4,15 p.m. on the 23rd. She was surveyed for a new certificate, and sailed for Newcastle at 11.30 a.m. on the 24th. She is to be docked on her arrival in Melbourne, which will detain her about three days. It is expected she will leave Sydney on the 9th, arriving in Auckland about the 15th, ■ ;
