To the Editor of tho Evening Stab. Sir,—As water supply is now occupying the attention, of the public, and several borings having been made, but without success, in and about the Domain, allow me to suggest through your columns to the powers that be the propriety of c a trial in the present market place, near Cousin and Atkins coach factory. To any one acquainted with the geology of the Auckland basin, and the laws affecting underground springs, this suggest .f->a will, I believe be worth consideration.^,., I am, &c, Eichard Hi/11, C.E.
