SUPREME COURT.
THIS DAY.
Before his Honor Sir G. A. Arney, and a
Special Jury, GOW AND ANOTHEE V FEASER
It appeared that the grounds of action, were, that defendant had sold to plaintiff, certain property at the Thames, the title to which had been subsequently found defective. The property had afterwaads become of much greater ralue, and had been compulsorily given up. The action was therefore brought to recover the purchase money, as well as the compensation for increased value, which it was alleged had accrued by the industry of plaintiffs? Evidence was still being taken as we went to press.
