SENTENCES

Andrew McGeoch, convicted yesterday of perjury, was brought up for sentence. Mr. McCormick moved for arrest of judgment on certain grounds which he supported by quoting from numerous authorities.

Mr W L Rees having replied, His Honor reserved judgment until after the sitting of the Court of Appeal. This concluded tho business of the Criminal Sessions of the Suprema Court.
