UNION SASH AND DOOR COMPANY.

The ordinary half-yearly meeting of the Union Sash and Door Company was hold at the office of Mr P. A. White, Shortland street, this day. Mr C, J. Stone occupied the chair. The balance sheet having been read, a dividend at the rate of 20 per cent, per annum was declared payable at the office of the company, on and after Wednesday next, the 24th inst. The balance sheet shewed a most satisfactory state of things, a sum of £1807 13s lid being available for a dividend.
