Hale v Chignell, Copland v Coyle, Partridge v Benstead, Craig v Beaton. ADJOURNMENTS. Williamson v Barnett and Levy, a fortnight; Mullally v Sandall, a fortnight; Jervis v. Costa, threo weeks. DEFENDED CASES. Dalton Beothebs v Fbasi.—lt was held that the parties were partners, and in consequence a nonsuit was accepted. —Costs, £8. Knox v Paekee—Claim for damages to a boat said to have been let to defendant. —Defendant pleaded that the boat was his property for the time, and that consequently he was not responsible for damage at the time.—Verdict for plaintiff £1 10s. Costs, £3 13s. 6d.
