ALBURNIA.
To the Editor of tlio Evening Stab. Sib, —-You will oblige by inserting the following. Lookiug over the Herald I perceive there is a call of 13s 6d per share; and judging from other reports there should have been a dividend. Having an interest in the mine, I should like the directors, legal manager," and the mine manager to draw out an account and make it public of the workings, &c. Also, a few months back a dividend of 10s per share was declared, but I think that was to suit the directors to sell out. Then again, what do we want with a call, as the mine is not working, but for the sharks ? Query. Do the directors pay calls? In several cases they leave it to the last moment, which I can prove. Yours, &c, Joseph Husteb.
