Officers Commanding Cadet Corps nre referred for their guidance lo par 89, page, 44, Volunteer Rules and Regulations, and Cadets arc only permitted to engage in Target Practice under their supervision, or undothat of a member of the Permanent Staff. This instruction is re-published in consequence of certain cadets having be-on entrusted with. Arms and Ammunition f->r private and indiscriminate Target Practice, a proceeding which will result sooner or later in some serious, and probably fatal accident, for which captains of companies must be held accountable.
