Andrew Riley met with a serious accident tliis morning on the Moanatairi tramway. Two waggons broke from the traction wire, and while Riley was endeavoring to stop them, the waggons capsized, breaking the knee-bone and injuring the back and wrist of Riley. He has been conveyed to the hospital-
