Evening Star Office, Tuesday afternoon. Mr R. Arthur reports that he sold at his mart. Queen street, on Monday last, by order of the Registrar of the Supreme Court, an hotel and store, with stock sale yards, at Ohaupo, Waikato, together with 67 acres of land, fenced and laid down, for the sum of L 405 By order of the mortgagee, 80 acres land near Hamilton, Waikato, at 13s. per acre ; and a cottage and allotment in alane off High street for L3O. The allotment in North street, Newton, fetched Ll9(33ft.x 100 ft.) 52 allotments at Warkworth, Mahurangi, brought from 2s to 10s. each ; about 30 acres of land adjoining for L 7. The allotments at the North Shore and the 320 acres land were withdrawn.
