' Additional evidence having been taken in the case of Patrick Shine, and John Stevens, indicted for stealing £7 10s from Richard Briggs; the jury found aver- ' diet of " Guilty," and his Honor sentenced Stevens to three, and Shine to four years' penal servitude.
