THE VOLUNTEER CHRONICLE.

The Lieutenant and Adjutant of the A.R.B.,notifies that there will be no parade of the Battalion on the mornings of the 26fch inst, and 2nd proximo.

The monthly inspection of No 1 Company Eifle Volunteers, took place yesterday evening. After inspection, the men " marched out," headed by their efficient band.

"The monthly inspection of the Auckland Scottish Volunteers will take place this evening at 730.

After the usual parade this evening of No 3 Company, A.R.8., a meeting will be held for the purpose of electing an ensign, vice Mr Kissling, resigned.
