Wednesday afternoon. Messrs S Cochrane and Son sold to day, at their rooms,- Forfc street, 6 cottages (leasehold), Bituated in Grey street, for the Bum of £145. The library brought first class prices. Mr G- W Binney held to day an extensive sale of boots and shoes at his mart- The competition was good, and almost all the goods were quitted at good prices.
