The following vessels were loading coals at Russell for Auckland when tho Duke left on Saturday—Ariel, Charybdis, Waugarei, Onward, and Excelsior:
Trie ps Duke of Edinburgh arrived yesterday morning from Russell with 7 tons gum, 2 bales wool, 20 pgs sundries, and 16 passeng rs.
The schooner Ivanhoo, Captain McGreggor, airived from Mongonui yesterday, bringiug the following passengers ; Captain Chapman, Mrs Chapman and child, and Miss Bradley.
The schooner Tauranga from Tauranga yesterday brought a cargo of gum and sun* drie3 and six passengers.
The Golden Isle from Russell brings 118 tons coal.
