The Provincial Council sat till half-past eleven last night, when the House was counted out after the Licensing Bill was brought up for a third reading ; the debate was consequently adjourned until to-day. A. motion put forward that members should receive fifteen shillings a day during the sitting of Council, was lost on a division. A quantity of other business was also discussed, and disposed of,
