BANKBUPTCY.
THIS DAT. . r Before his Honor Sir G A Arney, Chief Justice. The matter of James F Cobb was brought before the Court. Mr Beveridge appeared for the insolvent, whose liabilities were small, and who was discharged by his Honor, who however remarked that although a bankrupt might pass satisfactorily through the Court, the creditors might still by legal process compel him to devote some portion of his earnings towards the satisfaction of his old debts. Some other case 3 were adjourned.
