ACCIDENT The p.s. Lalla Bookh left here yesterday morning, for Coromandel, with passengers and cargo. "Whenbetween Brown's Island and the SantUpit, an accident occurred to the machinery, which prevented her from proceediug on her course. For several hours, we understand, she was drifting about, and when lihe Crown passed Captain Fernandez requested Captain Ellis ;o tow his vessel up to Auckland. The Crown at once took the Lalla Eookh in tow, and arrired at the wharf put night about her usual tiuie^
